On Wednesday, October 31st, kindergarten students will be walking to the Washington County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to trick or treat. We will leave KMS at 9:30, arriving at the nursing home around 9:45. We plan to be back at KMS by 10:30am.
Costumes are not required for the trip, however, students may come to school dressed in their Halloween costumes and comfortable walking shoes. Please no scary costumes! Students will need to bring a large bag or bucket for all the treats they will receive. You may send a change of clothes for after the trip.

Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2018
You may come by the school office and pick up a packet. In addition to the packet you will need the following:
1. Certified birth cetificate
2. Florida immunization record (obtained at location shots were received)
3. Florida Physical (must be within one year of first day of school)
4. Social Security Card (this is optional)
2 Boxes of Tissues
1 Standard Size Backpack to fit 8x10 folders, no Wheels
1 Package of Dry Erase Markers
2 Containers of Disinfectant Wipes
1 Complete change of clothes to be left at school
BOYS – 1 Box Ziploc Bags (Quart size, no zipper)
GIRLS – 1 Box Ziploc Bags (Gallon, no zipper)
