Friday, November 22, 2019 at 9:45 am, kindergarten will celebrate Thanksgiving with Pilgrim and Native American games and activities.  Students will rotate from class to class playing games, making arts and crafts, and much more!

Parents are invited to join their child as they rotate throughout the kindergarten classrooms.  Teachers will lead the activites in each class, but may need your assistance.

We kindly ask that help tie, tape, cut and staple when needed.  Pleae help your child and maybe their friend who is to uncomfortable or shy to ask for help.

As always your help and support is greatly appreciated.

Please no younger siblings.

Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2018

You may come by the school office and pick up a packet.  In addition to the packet you will need the following:

1.  Certified birth cetificate

2.  Florida immunization record (obtained at location shots were received)

3.  Florida Physical (must be within one year of first day of school)

4.  Social Security Card (this is optional)

2 Boxes of Tissues

1 Standard Size Backpack to fit 8x10 folders, no Wheels

1 Package of Dry Erase Markers

2 Containers of Disinfectant Wipes

1 Complete change of clothes to be left at school

BOYS – 1 Box Ziploc Bags (Quart size, no zipper)

GIRLS – 1 Box Ziploc Bags (Gallon, no zipper)

On Friday, October 4th, Kindergarten will celebrate Cowboy and Cowgirl Day with rodeo/cowboy themed games and activities.

The Wild West games will be from 9:30 - 10:30am.  Students may come to school dressed in their western, cowboy and cowgirl attire.  Cowboy hats, boots, chaps, skirts and vest may be worn on this day.  NO toy guns please!

We need parent/adult volunteers to help with games and activities.  If you are willing and able to help, please let your child's teacher know.  Due to limited space NO younger siblings please.

On Thursday, Octobaer 31st, kindergarten will be walking to the Washington Rehabilitation  & Nursing Center to trick or treat.  We will leave school campus around 9:45.

Your child may wear their Halloween costume to school with comfortable walking shoes.  Please no flip flops, high heels or scary costumes.

Students will also need to bring a bag/pumpkin to collect their treats.
